What are online congresses?

An online congress can be accessed through an online platform from any device with an internet connection. In the case of the eNubes platform, they do not require the attendee to download any application or software.

What types of online congresses can be held?

Any type of congress with different areas of interest, sectors or formats can be held in the online environment with the eNubes platform.

How are online congresses organised?

The organisation of an online congress is similar to that of any other digital event, but implemented in a digital environment using a platform designed to meet the organiser´s different needs. The eNubes team will provide continuous support throughout.

What functions can I include in my online congresses?

Digital functions are added to the functions of a physical event.

Before the hybrid congress: Enrollment and registration of attendees, ticket sales, delivery of communications and reminders, agenda, event announcement page, visibility of speakers and the prominent presence of congress sponsors.

During the hybrid congress: Live or near-live transmission of presentations, the chance to put questions to the speakers, live chat and voting, download of content, access to the trade fair grounds and one-on-one videoconferences between attendees and sponsors, networking.
After the hybrid congress: Access to deferred presentations and the download of the content, certificates of attendance and download of diplomas, satisfaction surveys, post-event communications, download of list of attendees, analyses.
